Thank you for purchasing a JMFONE product - we hope you love it. Please know that we stand behind our products 100%. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, we will get you covered - simply give us a call for a repair, replacement, or exchange. Although we strive to use the highest quality materials and craftsmanship, some products will eventually wear out.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Once the returned item arrives back in JMFONE’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories
Items must include original packaging
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
For non-quality related warranty claims, JMFONE refunds the cost of the product itself
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

For defective items that JMFONE needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to JMFONE or if the defective item is not returned.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee to expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window.

If you have any JMFONE product that has stopped performing before its reasonable lifetime (not due to misuse or neglect), please give us a message and we promise to make it right. For our products that contain rechargeable batteries, we'll gladly replace the batteries for the first two years.
